She specializes in lead generation, SEO, PPC advertising, website management, and social media campaigns—ensuring that Royal LePage Magna and The Bagga Team remain top-of-mind in a competitive market. Regina plays a pivotal role in optimizing digital assets, executing targeted ad campaigns, and overseeing print and digital materials to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.

Her extensive experience spans multiple industries across the private, public, and non-profit sectors in both the Philippines and Canada. She has held key marketing roles at EPC Capital, Zia Medical and Women’s Health, Zia Cosmetic Clinic, RE/MAX Rental Advisors, Century Casino Edmonton, and Durabuilt Windows & Doors. Throughout her career, she has led website updates, TV advertisements, newsletter campaigns, social media promotions, and competitor analysis reporting. Additionally, her expertise in property marketing, digital optimization, and database management has been instrumental in driving business growth.

Beyond real estate, Regina has also contributed to community engagement, serving as Communications Director for the Heritage Point Community League Board, where she developed communication strategies, managed social media, and enhanced community outreach initiatives.

Born and raised in the Philippines, Regina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with a major in Computer Science from Bulacan State University and a certificate in Design Practice in Business from Delft University of Technology. She enjoys home winemaking, cultivating her extensive succulent collection, and embracing mom-life with her young daughters.
